At Cooch, your comfort and confidence are our top priorities. Due to the health and safety of all our customers we do not accept returns or refunds on period underwear.
However, if you receive a faulty product, we will gladly replace it. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at heysis@cooch.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order details along with photos of the issue.
